there is a direct buy in Indianapolis. i contacted them and they were very elusive to the cost. i spoke with a member and it cost him about $1500. it was a good deal for him because he had built a new home and was putting in all new furnishings. if you are only going to buy a table or a couch, it isn't a deal and the membership is non-refundable. be careful and look things over before you make up your mind. they are like any other salesperson. they want you to come in so they can tell you how wonderful it is and convince you how stupid you are if you don't do it. once they got your money, they don't care if you buy or not. they are after the dues.

I don't know but from what I understand it is only good if you plan on buying a TON of things from them. I was thinking about joining but it was not worth it for me. The prices were just the same as anywhere else, that is unless you plan on remodeling and furnishing your entire home. They did not give you a price over the phone?

Every one I have heard about says this is a rip off deal as shipping cost as much as if you went to a regular store and bought what you wanted

Please research Direct Buy carefully on the web. I've heard a lot of negative things about them. I believe there have been numerous complaints, and possibly some lawsuits.
