How is the Da vinci code supposedly realated to both past artworks, architecture and the lives of Jesus and Mary.

Leonardo DA vinci was supposedly a grand master of the knights Templar . who were assigned in the earlier days to protect travellers going to and from the holy land , it is said that whilst they stood guard over some tombs that they unearthed secret documents that is thought to be about the holy grail ... after returning to France they became extremely rich and powerful and speculation had it that the church was paying them off to keep quiet about their findings ... the holy grail is said to be buried at certain places and the thought is that rather than the grail being some cup or relic from Jesus , it is actually information regarding the continuous blood line of Jesus and Mary Magdalene , which would turn the christian belief upside down as this would suggest he was a mortal man who got married and had kids

It is a movie.
They portrayed people in a story.
Hollywood is in the entertainment business . Good, bad, ugly,and a lot of fiction. Even IF some of it was true the assumptions made misdirect you into believing what they are telling you is true.
Like a magicians trick. Slight of hand.
The actors portray characters and follow a written script that was given to them.
You can see it clearly when Tom Hanks shows pictures and asks what the objects stand for.
When the shot goes wider you see what it really is.
The Da Vinci code is like looking through a straw. A very narrow perception.
We can all Look at a Picasso artwork and wonder if he was drawing aliens. Perspective.
Do not take it too seriously.

Wow. You're going to have to read the book. Basically, the story is that through history, people have embedded (in artwork and architecture), clues to a secret truth about Jesus and Mary Magdaline. That secret is that they were married and had children, creating a "royal" line of kings that were the rightful rulers of France.
That the story was invented by people claiming to BE those rightful rulers seems to have passed by Dan Brown's rather lazy bullcrap filter...

As you can see above, it causes a lot of blacklash in christians. Thats why you should read the book and decide for yourself, not be told, whether these things could be possible.
