It doesn't matter the amount or circumstances. It all has to do with your heart. I would give that money away as fast as possible. I've seen good Chistians turn into functional atheists when they got that kind of money. It's not the root of all evil....it's like a Swiss Army Knife. It's useless unless it is utilized properly.

To be honest, first of all i'll get all that i ever wanted....My needs first. That's human.
Then for humanity, I would like with the help of people both at spiritual and intellectual level, eradicate the concept of discrimination and every thing that keeps human beings away from each other. Provide education to everyone, coz this is one of the ways to eradicate poverty.... Brin in new technologies to be able to feed all the mouths and sensiblise people about the environment....If we have a good environment, we can benefit more....
I would also like to bring in a standard currency and the same language where everyone can comunicate easily, but economically this is not wise and no trade wouls take place. A lot of inconveniences would crop up. The most u can do is make sure that the basic needs are reached to the one in need...
There's so much to do but unless we all come into a united force we can't do anything....Each and everyone should be ready to help out. But first and foremost we should change ourselves for the best. Greed is in all human beings....

Pay the taxes to the federals. 7 percent I think on gifts. Then the feds could spend $400 billion on defense and $300 billion in Iraq.
I would give the rest to Bill Gates. Since he supports Hillary for president, he's got a election to buy.
I would not give Israel $2 billion a Month. 700,000 civilians have been displaced in Lebanon. They are going to need food and water.
I would also not sell Israel 10 truckloads of Laser guided smart bombs to use in the Invasion of Lebanon. Bush, Cheney and Rice have no problem at all with Killing civilians in Lebanon.
I wonder if Halliburton will get the no bid contracts to rebuild the war torn nation of Lebanon. Cheney needs the cash.

Buy or Build a hospital where all services are billed on a sliding scale based on income. Set up a food and aid program where the response could be in days regardless of the location. Finance the airlifting of a decent refugee relocation center to aid those caught in war. Build a refuge city in Africa. No one can own anything larger then a 9 mm side arm, and every male over 18 owns one and knows how to use it. Exception for bolt action hunting rifle, but they are registered and stored with the police until needed. One honest police officer per 1000 people inside the city. Thanks for the ideas.

I would start a fund for the poor people in the United States, and help them, instead of helping people overseas. The GOP has decreased funding of many programs that help the poor & indigent-such as decreasing funding for welfare recipients, Medicaid, Medicare & Vet programs. I would also put a large share toward funding private research for embryonic stem cell research. Obviously, it is the only way we can ever hope to find cures for diseases is through research. And since our Govt is so hell-bent on refusing to donate research funding, someone needs to. Can you believe we were only 4 votes away from overriding Bush's veto? What a sad day for Americans with diseases that could actually be cured in their lifetime?

make sure every human being and all animals would not worry about not having food and water, and develop new technology to save the Earth from the greenhouse effect.the remaining cash would to be use to help those disabled people, like some who don't have legs, use some of the money to give them a 'plastic leg', develop some strange technology to help people who are blind to see.etc.a plastic eye that really works like the real thing, and last of all, to fight diseases

The children. I would concentrate on the children of the world and their need for food, healthcare and education. They are the innocents and they need the help the most.

I agree with johnny...
We need to eliminate large portions of humanity before we can help it.
I am more of a carpet bombing person myself...for the mere fact if we nuke it we can't use it.
