I must say I cannot answer the questions core. Which is the name of the person who has been talking about wereeolf religions, or a war between white and black werewolves. However. I can say that in several acniant religoins the pratice of shape shifting was very prevelient. American Indians have some ceromonies that deal with it. Druidism which is my own religion also has some pratices which deal with shape shifting. It is my personal experiance that the pratice is 90% spritual and 10%. physical. I have heard of some who have mastered the techniques and can achive much higher degrees of phisical transformation.
The process starts with mental preperation. Meditation, and fasting. The practisioner will concentrate on a spicific form to afiliate with. As the process continues the mental images begin to manifest themselves phisicaly. The practisioner will feel these changes strongly. As the image in the mind becomes more and more concret the practisioner may belive that gross manifistations of the animal form are taking place and act accordingly. For all intensive purpouses becoming the animal they have been concentrateing on. I have seen some bodyhair growth, and even ear shape change slightly on one individual. I have never seen anyone physicaly change into an animal of any kind. But this may be due to our current detachment from nature and inhibitiang cutural factors. It is my opnion that if you belive hard enfugh in something you can make it happen. It is the beliveing enugh that is hard.

look just get it in your head 300 years ago after the dawn of man a strange being know as a lycan or were wolf if you want to be a dlck about it. was seen spotted killing people at a fast pace that just freaked people out. p.s. they are real
