This is very interesting! But there are people who goes to bar and not get intoxicated. I believe you if you are a social drinker and you watch you level, the authority will not remove the parking lots and cause you the inconvenice for unable to drive.

Its against the law to drive while abilities impaired (DWAI), drive while intoxicated (DWI).

But, that does not mean you can't drive after drinking a beer or two. Each person's tolerance is different. What makes someone else tipsy might not have any effect on another person.

When you are drunk or under the influence, DO NOT turn the key.

Bars have parking lots for people to park their cars, and leave them there.

Its a multi purpose thing.
One, that business probably wont be there till the end of time and land is the one thing they dont make anymore of.. if you need room, get it now, it wont be there later.

2. Because people hate working
People dont wanna do anything more than they have to usually.

3. The parking lot is a "Buffer" place between party land and cop land. Bands need to unload stuff, cops need a way to easily see plate numbers and ect for control of the people.
Its a place where people can wait while they are intoxicated as long as they dont have a brew or anything in their hand.
It allows for Materialism.
No drunk wants to come outside and find their car's side all crunched in like a beer can. No one does really, BUT its MATERIAL based.
Its a place where imperial officials can do anything they need outside of traffic. They can easily drive past all cars and see who is expired if they are lined up organized.(cameras do the processing for them in dallas/no joke the nazi bastards)\
It gives people a place to process themselves before loading again. It so beneficial. Because I like to take some cid and drive around in any one of my 3 sports cars and leave police cars sitting still. Because it gives a place for people to fight ect.. before taking there problems on the road and making them EVERYONES problem.
Its just a balanced well thought out thing to do.
Back in the day, you just had horses and a pole in the dirt outside to keep your ride in. It benefits everyone mainly.
no gov conspiracy here... COPS ARE LAZY ... ive encountered this so many times.. they want to be in one place for a measure of time. They dont wanna do anything unless they are rookies and "gonna change the world" with this arrest.
I know cops dont wanna walk in this texas heat more than 25 meteres without A.C. It provides easy access which is good, for violent situations. Ive gotten of so many times from a DUI or DWI because of control. I just tell any police man, Ive got plenty of control, then do a butterlfy kick which is a no handed cartwheel almost... and they say... "someday you wont find a cop as jaded as me" I swear to god he said that. Its a matter of control.
Ive encountered so many police that have said, if I know your drunk, but you smile and wave at me, and walk steadily to your vehicle, or do anything DUMB that lacks control, youll be ok.
I dont think traffic cops are out to get us..
its the "Farm boys" that anyone should worry about.
Bars have parking lots because of "Lazy"
I can tell you, that not everyone is sick and wants to push themselves to the limits in physical way.
Drunks dont wanna walk.
People get robbed in between
cops can patrol plates that are parked
cops dont wanna walk
club owners dont wanna walk
the can have concerts in the PL
They can contribute to capitolism by calling a "Tow truck driver"
or as Id like to call, a poor boy rapist and d-ck face as- munch.
Everyone makes money of TOWS except the owner of the car.

I would want a parking lot area even if cars didnt exist.
Suppose horses are all we have.
We need a place outside for people to corral themselves for money reasons.
Money if they fear cops and stay.
Money for parking,
If your stationary, your easier to identify than a highspeed car.
Parking lots exist so a gang of 7 random punk rockers can attack you for NO reason, and you can beat them down, then go to jail for them kicking in the sides of your car and jumping on the hood of your vehicle while drunk.

Parking lots are almost EVIL except they provide a little method to the madness. They are a lazy persons dream come true.
The cops can patrol the exit and see exactly how drunk everyone leaving is.

It gets things off the street so you dont get hit by a dumb-ss.

number one reason

Because unfortunately for insecure and defensive people

Bar + Dumbass = fubar

Maybe the guy that designed the bar was drunk.
Whats this area?
whats a parkin lot?
