You can call their 1-800 number.

If you use a cooler you have to be careful about using ice, if the pen becomes frozen you can no longer use it.

Use refrigerated gel packs, just think. How would you keep food cool if you were traveling and you had a food that could not be frozen. it is the same thing.

Depends on how you are travelling. If you are travelling by car, always keep it in a cooler (you could probably take a very small cooler on a plane - like the kind you see people use to carry 2 baby bottles with them when they travel for a few hours). You could also contact the airline and let them know that you have a medication you need to carry with you that requires refrigeration and see what they can offer you in the way of help. If you are travelling on the road, keep it in the cooler. Stay where they have small fridges in the room and just go like that.

A thermos with dry ice inside with the pen. This makes it small and easy to carry with you.

You can use an ice pack inside of a insulated lunch bag. Or a small styrofoam cooler with ice packs or ice inside.

I agree with huhwhereiamai and Cathy K.
Also consider putting it in a thermos flask with a cold pack.

Take an ice box and fill it with ice and store your injection pen in it. that will do.

Talk to your pharmacist. I think you can buy cold packs at your pharmacy, but your pharmacist would be the best person to advise on this.

You could buy a car cooler that you plug into the cigarette lighter.
