I don't get it. What is the problem? As far as I could tell from the Home Page (since I wasn't tempted to read more) this is just some private company trying to make money off poor saps who want to enter the legitimate green card lottery our government runs. It is not a huge number of cards, but it is a lottery to assure all of evenhanded distribution since immigration for poor people to countries that subsidize services to poor people is hard come by.
I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this since there will likely be some sort of fee on top of the government processing fees, but unless it is a scam, I don't see anything wrong with it.

The green-card lottery helps a lot of people make new lives in the US, which is great, because our country is wonderful because of the melting pot of cultures, races, ethnicities, and beliefs.
