YES!
Remember, even Heylel (in the Latin, Lucifer) and the angels was and is condemned to hell. After the fall of the angels, only 1/3 choose not to worship God.
Just like us, Man, we were all condemned when we were born. Not because of our sin or transgressions, but because of Adam's. Therefore, God has given us a salvation through belief that Jesus is our savior, not because of our own good or us trying to be good. That's the real Gospel, we have nothing to do with being saved, except to believe that God did it for us. Is it a ticket to sin? Damn right it is, but sin is not the issue in our lives it has been paid for once and for all. The personal relationship with God and carrying whatever God has planned for your life is the issue.
In my personal opinion, God will give every person a chance to beleive in the savior and choice to worship him until the last possible moment.
Additionally, the bible notes that even some people in hell (hades is what it is cited in the Bible) will continue to reject God, because of their arrogance and pride.

your question seems to combine multiple world views that don't work well together. If one believes in Hell/purgatory/limbo (and this is really a pagan idea from plato) then those in hell chose to live a life of selfishness apart from God. If one believes in Christianity, you have to define hell, some don't believe that there will be a lake of fire until the end of the world and that the dead are "sleeping" indeed the bible states the dead don't know or feel anything (see psalms, ecclesiastes, Jesus talking about Lazarus)in the New Testament) it's the lie of an immortal soul apart from God.
Most christians believe that when they die, the soul either goes one place or another, (but it's sleeping). Only a few people in the entire bible went to heaven and most were alive, when they went. God ressurected a few to be with Him. To really talk about Hell you should interpert the orginal Hebrew or Greek. I am going off on a tangent, though.
We are all condemned, because we are here on planet earth, born in sin, but "God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved." John 3:16,17 KJV So the short answer to your question is yes, from a Christian perspective. It is interesting to note that whoever believes in Jesus will not perish or be destroyed... but have everlasting life as opposed to everlasting death.. which means no existence at all. A God of love wouldn't torture people for eternity and still be a God of love? It is not in His character.
If by condemned to Hell you mean those already in "hell" that is a different scenario, where those people have already made the decision to separate themselves from God, and have been judged by God. This seems like a question specifically for protestant christians who believe in an investigative judgement with the emminent return (second coming) of Jesus Christ. It can mean different things depending on your belief system concerning the state of the dead.

Heaven and Hell are concepts invented by man as an example of the reward or punishment you will get after death depending on how you behave in life. When you die that's the end of it. Nothing, so I wouldn't particularly worry about it. Also, if you did believe in Heaven , Hell and God, who to,d you that you are condemned to Hell. It's not a decision for a man, only your God, so if anyone tells you that explain that they are not authorised to do so. Also if God is truly Omnipotent and forgiving then asking Him for forgiveness through prayer will cleanse your soul and spirit.

Well, this one is a toughie but ill give it a shot.
I would have to say that choice is the issue here. In the Bible it says that one day every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Well if everyone will confess then yes even those condemned to HELL will fall down and worship God even though they have no hope of redemption. But as to the issue of choice. No one knows if this statement implies free will or not.

IF you worship God truly and completely you need to come before God with a covering from the wrath of God. That, my brother, is found only in Christ.
If you worship God you will not be condemned. Sounds like you are just funnin' us all, eh heh?

No one is condemmed to Hell. The Bible teaches that the only 'unforgiveable sin' is to blasephemy against the Holy Spirit. This means to HATE, SPEAK AGAINST, NOT BELIEVE IN etc the Holy Spirit with your entire heart.
Anyone else who does such bad things, that would make them go to hell can change anytime they are alive, provided they mean it and truly desire to serve God.
If your speaking about people in Hell, I would think that those people would be in that much pain and torment, that they would either curse God further or be to occupied with their torture.
It's horrible to think of and sometimes I hope I have the idea of hell wrong.
Also know this to some people answering this question. Do not think that Satan is the one torturing souls in hell. The bible teaches that 'and the devil, the antichrist and the false prophet will bet thrown into the lake of sulfur (hell) alongside the murders, liars, those who practice the occult'....etc

If you are condemed to hell, that means you have already died and your fate has been decided. Unfortunately it will be too late and I doubt that in a burning hell you will feel much like worship. That is why the bible says choose life.

Jhn 3:18 He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Its pretty clear in this verse. To keep going to hell, dont just believe in Christ but on Him.

I can't help it. A little white church of the damned in the seedy run down section of hell, in the middle of where the plumbing works and the sewers are not backed up. Surrounded by the rest of fully functional busy hell with robbers and muggers and bag ladies everywhere. Sounds like the church just down the road from me, damn it!

If they are condemmed to Hell, they are in the Burning Fire and are probably in so much agony, that they have nothing on thier minds, but pain and suffering to even give a thought to anyone, or anything but the pain...
I really wouldnt know, but can only speculate on this one... as no one would know, and can only guess, unless they are actually experienceing it already...then, they neither care nor give voice to nothing but pain and suffering...
Be as it may, you know the route to Heaven... So, its best not to take the easy way to Hell...
I wish you well..
