water is the healthiest as over body is made of half of that ,and we need to at least drink 8 glasses of water every day .

fruit and vegetable is the healthiest food because we need five porions of friut and vegetable everyday

It depends. Salads Healthy. But you don't wanna be eating that every day like a damn rabbit. And there's oranges with lots of vitimin C.

I think Smoothies and water are probably the best for you.

I can't eat choclate without feeling sick so that's probabaly not going to be up there

No red meat, fat,fried or processed food, take aways, less eggs and alcohol and most of other foods should be very healthy to eat. Drink plain water is the best.

Anything that has not been processed or in any way been chemically or genetically altered ot treated.
Mankind thinks they can improve that what God created and will in the end suffer from it. Most of that stuff is unhealthy in some way and creates cancer etc. (i.e. the artifical substitute sugars!)
