Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables - steamed rather than boiled or baked, reasonable amount of protein, e.g. 1 serve of red meat, 1 serve of 2 eggs, chicken, fish, grain bread rather than white bread - rye bread is very good, a serve of carbohydrate e.g. pasta, not too much tea/coffee e.g.once or twice per day, fruit juice instead of cordials, 2 x 375ml beer (full of electrolytes - the first thing depleted by the common cold) and plenty of water daily, the most important thing to remember is balance your diet. Avoid junk food between meals, nibble on sultanas, raisins, nuts instead of potato chips, chocolate and lollies, hope this all helps.

The best diet is to eat a variety of food,with all classes of the food pyramid.Also,you should eat the right amounts of these foods.
If you eat a variety of food,and dont just stick to a certain type,it will help you lose weight quicker and healthier.

Any kinds of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, lean meats (especially fish), organic food when possible, water. The key is to watch your portions, eat real food when possible (avoid preservatives), and keep up the exercise.

cabbage soup, its great, acts as a laxitive, trust me if you eat this for 2 weeks you will see the weight falling off

Actually all Nutritious food is good for you. But You should do exercise regularly. Try for natural fruits and its Juice. (don't use any tin juice)
