I'm a teacher (in the US). Here is what is impressive:

-don't be a trouble maker.
-ask lots of useful questions.
-ask unique questions, that go beyond the material.
-smile...teachers love to see a smile on the faces of their students.
-do your homework, and go after school or before school for extra help (if you need it).

Just concentrate on the lectures.
Behave obediently.
be innocent.
Do ur homework at time.
Respect them and on some occasions u can greet them with cards.
and study well.

there r many ways but the best ones r- being active in class,doing whatever they say and getting good marks thats all.

dont go the class room, then after only u r highlight in the room(i meant class room)
