Skipping meals regularly is unhealthy. Doing it deliberatly could be classified as an eating disorder. However, constant, healthy snacks throughout the day are VERY healthy. Studies have shown it's better for you, in fact. If you eat healthy foods, there is no problem.

Its not bad but you should eat more earlier in the day instead of later at night and then exercise at least an hour or two before going to bed. It would promote better digestion.

The foods you are eating are healthy. Personally, I can't eat breakfast, so I wait until lunch. You can't eat if you are not hungry, but the foods you eat ARE healthy.
