it's sounds like a skin problem (excessively dry skin can feel like this when it's irritated) maybe contact dermititis? Any new bath or laundry soaps, colognes, swimming everyday, etc?

You should take her to the doctors like most people said. She most likely has a UTI which is not so common for young girls. My duaghter just got over one and it was bad! THey will need her to pee in a cup. If she doesn't do well with that on the spot...when you make the appointment ask if you can come early and get a sterile cup to take home. So when she needs to go you can get a sample. If she does'tn pee in the cup at the office you will be there forever, they will want to cathederize her(dont do that!) or you wil have to come back with a sample later in the day. If she takes alot of bubble baths...that is most likely what caused it, if it is a UTI. good luck and watch her for a fever.

My friend, I don't have a direct answer but I could recommend that you should type burning sensation all over the body and it gives you alot of reponds, try it and see what happens, i did it and it gave alot of answers.

It could be many things. If it has persisted more than 24 hours she needs to see her doctor as soon as possible.
