What special vitamins or minerals are contained in such tropical fruits as the mango, pine, guava, passio fruit and are these as nourishing as traditional fruit such as apples, peaches and plums.

i think the tropical fruits would be more healthier and have more vitamins and minerals in them..also they have not been treated with insecticide either...i love home grown watermelon though and i think it is really good for you and it is good if you have low blood sugar...

More nutritious, I'd think not. Modern production has given us larger, brighter fruit, probably with higher vitamin A content than tropical fruits. But, then again I really like the TASTE of tropical fruit when I am in the Caribbean.

Lemons are the most healthy food you can eat. Try a drop of lemon in your water to keep you from retaining it, and fit lemon into your diet whenever possible.

I believe they are more nutritious ... they're unspoiled as in No pesticides etc..
