my friend it will take some time., just apply these steps.
1.apply butter mixed with lemon juice on your hand.
2. set free your hands for around 10 minutes (during this time you can do your usual work)
3. wash your hands with a mild soap
4.repeat these steps in each hour of the day

wear gloves the next time. as for now, the color will eventually go away, the more time you spend with your hands in water, the quicker it will go away.
