please help.....tell me what to do?

when i start my computer it says:'Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on with a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.'

come up with safe mode and create a new account .

Perhaps it's a Hardware Problem (Specially for Motherboard),
if It isn't, At The Starting of On The System, Press "Delete" Button To Check Your System Settings .
