From what i know, if you drink one liter of saliva taken one time from an HIV infected person there is a probability you may get HIV, but on small saliva dosages no.

While the virus is found in the saliva as well, the concentration is just too low for transmission of the disease. This also applies to urine and tears.

However, if you are talking about kissing a HIV-infected person, please make sure that neither of you have a cut in your mouth or sores or blisters and the like, as this is a likely method of transmission of HIV.

hi, confident a guy can get contaminated by using HIV virus by using saliva additionally. confident if the blood has HIV virus and if yet another individual licks it he would be contaminated by using HIV virus. Be care ful Dr.Mojo

technically yes....
BUT you would have to swallow about a litre of an infected persons salive in order to catch HIV. In other words, it's not gonna happen!

HIV/AIDS only transmits through bodily fluids. ie, semen, blood, etc. Not saliva, though.
