hey, just relax sometimes and have therapy. also, take nice long baths and let everything go its own way. also sleep early and youll soon feel that stress is your friend that you can control.

try to go out with some friends perhaps? meditate at home if whenever possible, take sometime (about 30 mins each day) to juz relax and do nothing not even thinking.
