u know what man just though of u doing something original and real is kool. still i think that it is real smooth and shows ur girl that u care for her alot.im sure she will be touched and love it. just get a nice card to write it in. unless u planned to do it another way. so yeah man the poem nice im sure a lot of girls would like a man that thinks of them and makes a poem. well good job man. good 2 c another good guy out there.good luck man

the rhyming is cute and adds humor to it, nice job with the day, say day may combo you got there. i guarantee she will smile on that one. you should thought something in there about how beautiful she is, or how it feels when you guys are together.
No matter what i say or you say, the act alone of taking your sweet time, and letting her know that your thinking about her is a true gift in its self.

It's really good and it is so special because it came from your heart, you took the time to actually sit down and write this for her and that is very special and romantic and if my boyfriend ever wrote me a poem or did something creative from his heart like that I would cry tears of joy and hug him and never let go. Hehe, she will love it.

It's nice. If you want to make it better, you could cut it a bit shorter. That way, the good bits will have more impact.
