muslims blowing themselves up along with others?

this is the 21st century and muslims still blow themselves up. i have never heard of a single muslim organisation openly criticizing such acts.
what good is islam to this world if such acts are been condoned by every muslim?

can give me the name of a buddhist, jew, christian, hindu or baha who blew themselves up recently in the name of their religions?

israel has a right to defend themselves. when muslim terroists stop killing jews then israel will stop the bombings

lots of Muslim organizations have come out aginst suicide bombing. Just Google muslims agaist suicde attacks and you will find tons of stories.

Its a hasty generalization to say that all muslims are blowing themselves up. They are not, there is a real war going on in the middle east, most of it is political using religion as a scape goat and some of it is religious as in Palestine where its jews agaisnt muslims.

There was a time in Europe's past that certain christian groups would persecute and kill others with different beliefs just because they were different then their own. What is going on in the middle east is by no means something new and is widespread around the world.

Islam is not a religion that approves of murder just as christianity, buddhism or judaism. It is a peaceful and practical faith and has its roots in judaism and christianity.

Do not judge a faith by what the news tells you. The media may report a bomb exploding that particular day because of some religious reason. What they wont say is that the majority of muslims do not like or agree with bombing or murder, it doesnt make an intresting headline.

I seem to recall the people in the bomb vest's are the ones who don't like the different God thing and they are the ones who have been screaming for decades to "WIPE" the Jewish people off the face of the earth. Nor do they recognize the right of Israel to exist.
There are extremists in almost every faction of mankind and maybe there have been some that go boom, but not the way these nuts are and they give the other practitioners of that faith a bad reputation. People wrote these religious guides to suit their needs, then other people take the parts they like to suit them. I don't recall any part of any religious bible/Koran,what ever that states go out and kill unto others.
More people in history have died, been killed in the name of religion, than for any war or other reason.

I've heard several Islamic organizations openly condemning terrorist attacks (such as suicide bombings). They will usually point out that desperate people take desperate measures, though. This is true, and not limited to muslims. Just think of the kamikaze fighters of WW2, giving their lives for the emperor (who was considered a god, actually).

Just remember, whatever rights you grant Israel, you must also grant its muslim neighbours. While Israel is trying to protect itself, palestinians are trying to liberate themselves. There are many victims on both sides, and escalating the conflict isn't going to help.

'i will like to clear something about suicide bombing. americans have very advanced killing weapons whereas on other side iraq, afghanistan type countries do not have such weapons and advance techonologyto fight with. the modern technology and weapons make one american soldier equal to 5 weaponless men. now in this situtaion if one iraqi man gets 10 of american soldiers, trying to get his land from him for nothing and 4 no reason, what option he is left with??????? two options.... 1-to give up and let them come in and rule on him. 2- to kill all of them by sacrificing his own life. he goes for 2nd option. is that so difficult to understand.

for the 2nd part of your question, what other religions have good in them for world if they can not teach u tolerance? if they can not tell u about what is wrong and what is right? why the whole of the world is after the territories owned by muslims? why the whole world is only talking about islam? does it mean that there is really something special and attractive in islam and its believers that world can not resist? or dont u think that by talking too much about islam and muslims, you are not making them a hot topic around the world? are muslims not getting popular day by day? are they not on every body's tongue?

there are 3 groups in Islam: Sunni,Shia & Vahabies ,the first two were found after the death of the prophet but Vahabies were made later and they have deffrent veiws in almost every thing from the other two groups and they are mainly in saudi Arabia(see the weird laws they have there that its not in other Muslim countries) the 3rd group only supports the terrorist acts ,and they dont do that only to other religions there main target were Shias in the first place.they have put bombs in many Shias Shrine and killed thousands of ppl (the most horible was in Karbala ,which I think you have heard its name thanks to the US war) which killed too many ppl some thing around 100 years ago.

There are also more than 2000 fatwas (rulings of Islamic scholars) against those acts and about 50 who favor them.
