Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

my sister is the same way.
the best thing to do is to get her involved in a sport that she likes. it can be anything, swimming, track, soccer, whatever. just get her involved. she'll be nervous and self conscious at first, but make sure that she goes.
make sure she moves around a lot too. when you're in a building with an elevator, take the stairs instead if its only a few flights (2-5 for example). instead of taking the car to the store, walk if you only need to buy a few things. walk to school. park your car far away from the store in the parking lot so you have to walk farther if you have to drive to the store because its too far. these are easy things you can do, and really make a difference in a few months. all you need to do is pay attention to your surroundings. also, you need to do them with your sister. make sure that she's not alone. its easier to walk to the pharmacy if you have someone to talk to along the way.

hope this helps.

OH, and most importantly, if your sis drinks a lot of soda, get her to replace one or two glasses a day with water. don't tell her she can't drink soda, just tell her that she can drink it later, but THIS glass needs to be water. soda is tons of sugar and empty calories. if you can get her to cut back, this also adds up in the end.

hope this helps. my sister is now 20 pounds lighter (she also grew about 4 inches, so the weight loss is a little misleading, but remember that most people gain weight when they grow) after a few months, and she just looks a lot better.

Get her running like on a treadmill. Get rid of all the unhealthy things and replace them with healthy things. If she doesn't have crap to eat she won't eat it and you can always have it yourself. So if she is hungry she eats something that good for her rather than bad. Get her eating oats and bran as they digest slower and will leave her feeling less hungry, but treat her at the weekend with a chocolate bar, for eating healthy things and losing weight, this way she will not get bored with it.

Encourage her to go to a doctor. There are some metabolic and glandular conditions that occur before 11 years that can do this. If your sister has one of these, she will not progress without help. If she doesn't have that, then a counsellor can help with the inner issues that have kept her in this cycle.

how overweight is she? At 11 she should NOT go on a diet, unless prescribed by a doctor. She is still a child and has reached puberty, her body is changing and it is quite normal to gain a bit of weight during this time...you can not MAKE your sister loose weight...but you can help her choose healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables to eat other than junk food.

it sounds like she's over eating because of the stress from trying not to. The best thing you can do is let her know you love her no matter how fat she is.

Talk to her about her health. Explain why she needs to control her eating habits. It's sweet you want to help but you can't make her lose weight. She has to want to do it herself. It's her choice.
