I'm not very religious. But I know 666 is the number of the Devil. Is 777 God's?

I've heard that the number 7 is considered to be the perfect number, although at this hour I wouldn't be able to quote where it came from. I don't think the 3 7s has a significance unless you refer to numerology for it's meaning.

Revelation was written by John and it's likely that he was trying to write propaganda against Nero. You get 666 using some weird Greek numerology thing. If you read revelation in the historical context of the time when it was being written, then it all makes sense.

Admittedly the same principle has been tested on Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin, just about every US president and Krusty the Clown.

So I do not think there is an equivalent for God because he is not on Earth and according to Christian theology will not come back again until judgement day.

Well, if the world actually balanced and there is a positive for every negative. Then you could say the opposite of 666 is 999. If you link a 6 with a 9 you can get a Yin/Yang symbol or the symbol for infinity.

The number 6 is the number of man (mankind) Not the devil ^_^ And the #7 is A number of divinity (just one step UP from 6)...

What I find absolutely amazing about this is it is in the Bible, many Christians talk about the "Beast" in Rev and his name adding up to 666... Yet, this type of thing is listed as Witchcraft if anyone else uses it outside of the Bible. ^_^

The number 7 does play an important part in the Bible, as seven is the symbol of completeness, as in 7 days in a week, etc.
