Both are good in my aspect

First I must quote my mother,(for whatever reason I feel the need to anyways): "there are no stupid questions...only stupid answers" Case being, if you are asking a question (depending on the question i suppose), you are right in asking it. Now comes into play the answer, not all are right (kinda like a crossword, a four letter word for light, cannot be sun).
Not to say that there is only one right answer for each question.
So I guess I took five minutes to say that the asker is right in asking and some of those answering are right. Make sense?

Depends. If they already know the right answer and just want to know if anyone knows it too then they are right.
