Canada would be one. You need proper ID, that is all if you are to come on a short visit. If you are planning to come for a longer term (to study, to work) then you need a visa.

Look up North, to the Mounties--Canada's multi-cultural & only requires your birth certificate & ID; as well as, down South to Mexico which is any tourist's dream to visit Cozumel, Cancun and hob-nob with the locals--to my knowledge, same requirements prevail but be warned, you may not want to return!

Well why dont you check out countries where VISA is on arrival. It's good. Countries which have this is Thailand, Nepal, Malaysia,......
