i think yes. cigarettes will kill u slowly. the nicotine have the property to stop the appetite and u will became an ugly face and a too slim body. I'm a girl and I can tell u that no girl likes too slim body to a boy. I advise u to start practicing a sport even if it will be harder at the beginning. I smoked in the past just to appears as an interesting woman but no serious boy agree that custom so I've started to run in the park. Now I'm a really good looking woman, no-smoker at all and everybody appreciate this.

Loss of appetite is your body telling you to fast. See where this site has that and quotes from11 MDs. And maybe while doing itt you may want to quit smoking. It could mean your liver wants a est which fasting also does. The worst thing you can do is eat with no appetite.

I was going to say it's not lost, it's gone to look for food until I read the rest of your question.
The nocotine dulls your apptite. You should try and eat more than a couple of sandwiches and look upon food as the necessary fuel to keep your body alive. It takes a lot of calories just for our organs to function. If it were me,I would go and see the doctor, perhaps he/she will be able to assist with your diet, your smoking habit and anthing else that may be troubling you. Good luck.

Cigarettes will suppress your appetite. Make sure you're getting enough nutrients by taking a good multivitamin and when you do eat, try to at least eat some fresh vegetable and lean meat or fish.

I'm right beside you, depression, unhappy, worried, feeling lost. food is a chore for me also, drinking liquids is just as hard. Find something that will take up your time and energy. I wrote a book. Lately, I don't want to do anything. I won't suggest for you to stop smoking, I can't. If you find a way to solve your problem let me know. I do alot of research to keep my brain functioning.

Too much smoking decreases appetite. It also coats your tongue. I suggest you lessen your smoking and get your tongue scraped. And think of the first thing you want to eat then go for it even if it means you have to eat out or go to a resto. Taking vitamins daily will also help stimulate your appetite.

Well i can see 2 problems. First off more nicotine decreses your appitite, and causes wieght loss. Secondly i'm guessing you have alot of stress in your life right now, with the increase of smoking to calm your nerves. That will greatly affect your appitite aswell.

besides exessive nicotine in your system, is there something bothering you emotionally? Like a lost love, depressive moods and stress? If yes, it would do you a lot of good to visit a therapist. Or strive to do some light exercises, and practise some meditations.
