i am feeling hot should i lock myself in the refrigerator ?

Hmmm I'm going to go with no for three reasons
1) The refridgerator doesn't lock, it vacuums and seals shut.
2) It would be chilly and cramped
3) You'd suffocate
You aren't the only one feeling hot if you're in the US... even western washington is in the heat wave now... last spot to get hit in the continental US if you're over here.
Instead try drinking plenty of ice water, wearing lightweight linen, staying out of the sun, electric fans, going out to water plants in the shade, eating refriderated foods, not using heating appliances, taking a cooler shower, buying an AC system or using an existing one.
PS if you have a baby (going by the name) be sure to keep it cool too... and out of the refridgerator.

Get to the cooling fan of your PC.
Edit: Oops I forgot you use Laptop... and refridgerator is not that cool. Try Freezer.

I would suggest you to lock yourself in a bathroom and use your hand.
