Get a lawyer and you can get a divorce regardless of him being around or not! my cousin his wife left disappeared on him and well he got the lawyer and they had to show some proves to the court that they did try to find her like put ads in the paper etc and well after sometime she still did not contacted them and he got the divorce without her even being there or signing the papers!!
so its very much possible!!
good luck

you don't have to know where he is to get a divorce. You can go to a lawyer and have him file for a divorce. They can place an add in the classified section for a while. Then you are able to get divorce with out him having to sign the papers.

Try putting an ad in the personal column in the newspaper that reads, "Single woman looking for a hot guy who used to live with grandmother and girlfriend and who is still married. Will do ANYTHING to please you and will satisfy you in ways you NEVER imagined. If you want to have the time of your life, contact me." Then as soon as he responds, grab him and don't let him escape.

Go get a detective, go to the driver's license bureau, find a lawyer who can help locate him. Give them the last known address and let them work from there. If not, go to the FBI

Put an ad in the paper that you won the lottery, or inherited a lot of money from a distant aunt/uncle. He'll find you then!

You can get the divorce on grounds of abandonment. You don't need him for that.
