True there will be no body like a mother because no one went thru the pain that she did to bring us in this world!! I have been away from my mother from almost 9 yrs now.. but i call her every week and get to talk to her and just hearing her voice makes me feel so warm!!
They way before i hang the phone she tells me to take care of myself and sounds worried and concerned... that makes me feel sad and happy at the same time that even though she is on the other side of the world she still cares!!
The most think that i miss of her is her cooking.. sounds silly but for me no one cooks better than her!!
For everyone i believe just like mine their mom is the best in the world!
No one can take her place!!

I am 33 years old and haven't talked to my mom for about 4 years. She more less gave me away when I was 11. Throughout the years I have had two kids of my own. I will never let them stray away from me I love them too much no matter what they do to drive me crazy. It is a mentally torment not having your mom around, no matter what your situation you will always miss your mom. Mom's are the root of any family and the sole of your being. I am very sorry for your pain I feel it everyday myself. All you can do is better yourself and have a thick skin. Good luck.

Missing your mom... I think you'll get kind of a universal understanding on that one. Ain't nothing like a mom.

I hear ya. It took me 3 years of college to not talk to my mom every single day on the phone.
That's a lie. I still talk to my mother every day. Now, I just feel ok while drunk to talk to her.

I can't relate..I mean don't get me wrong I love my mom..but a few minutes with her drives me crazy..I just say hi to her in passing through the hallways at home. hehehe
