it's really dellicious when prepaired at home!but i wonder is that safe!(i never did that) but my friend did, she gifted me a bottle!

Yes. It's not only perfectly safe, but it's a great hobby. I've got a six gallon batch of Zinfandel going right now. For more information, check out winemakermag.com, winepress.us, and your local homebrew/winemaking store.

If you take proper care, sanitize EVERYTHING that's gonna touch your wine (with a winemaking sanitizer, NOT BLEACH!), use sulfites to help prevent spoilage, and use good quality fruit, or a kit, then you can make excellent quality, safe wine, much cheaper than commercial wine.

Well I know an old man who worked at a winery and he made some red wine. But he worked at a winery so he knew how to make it. He had given me a bottle but he had told me to not shake the bottle because then you were not going to get out of the bathroom. But I don't think that it would be bad to make because its just grapes and yeast.

Its safe to do just make sure you have all the proper tools before you start and dont go cheap on supplies it save a buck. It will hurt you more in the end. One major word of advice is mointor your ph closely.

yes it is safe to prepare, if you use sterilising tablets on the kit or boil etc. Try to get a good yeast, not brewers, thats for bread. My granny made an elderberry wine that would blow your socks off

the making of wine is a very delicate prosesse, only the best wine makers knows how to make graet red wine. so my answer to ur question would b no. leave it to the people tat knows better.
