The word seems to be a Spanish word, and I don't read Spanish, but from the context that I CAN understand, it *seems* to be a malformation. Every instance of the word I can find is in a Spanish medical doc, and always refers to the urinary tract or genitals.

If it's something that began before you were born, and it's mild, there's probably nothing to worry about between now and the time you see your doctor. But you might try asking in the Spanish language Answers, if you can read Spanish.
