i have chatted for a while now, and y cant i find one gud lookin guy,they all turn out to look so ugly. believe me i am not that shallow, but i am really bored now i wanna go out with some gud lookin guys, coz i dont look that bad myself. i want some cool gud lookin college guy who is intresting enough to ask me out? do u thik that is possible?

I think first of all, you should consider finding guys outside of the computer. Based on my experience, finding a guy who is good looking in chat rooms is rare. There are reasons why some guys prefer to meet girls through a computer screen. Try going to parties, the mall, movie theaters, or visit a college you're interested in attending in the future, etc. You should also consider the fact that you may be aiming too high. I'm not saying you're ugly or the guy you want to date are too good looking for you, but I think you should find a guy who is in the same level as your attractiveness. You know, a good personality goes a long way. If your personality really stands out in a good way, you look really confident and appear to have high self-esteem, guys will notice you right away and will be interested in you, the good guys anyway. Your great personality can actually enhance your looks and make you look more attractive. I wouldn't go out with a guy who's only interested in your looks. I wouldn't wait for guys to approach you and ask you out. I would approach them. Maybe the reason why some guys don't approach you is because they're too shy. A lot of guys like girls who are bold, forward and confident. Some actually find it very attractive. It can make them look at you in a different way.

If you're an average or good-looking, normal person, my advice would be to log out of the chat rooms and find someone in the real world. Chatting online is harmless, but is it really your first choice for a boyfriend? In my opinion, people looking for guys/girls online usually have something lacking in the social skills department. That's not to say you do, because I don't know you personally. But do you want a boyfriend who looks for his girlfriends online?

If you just chat, you don't have many good options because most of the time, the dudes are geeks or rapists...no offense...but sometimes their pictures are pretty hot, yet they are ugly in person, but that's internet life...haha
