I was once in bad-mixed up practices eg: assault, theft etc. However, I turned dedicated-Christian and accepted Jesus into my life. A veteran christian friend tells me now that if I was to go to jail as a Christian for a crime I may have committed before, I would be respected and left-alone because of my strong belief. Would a strong believer of Christ get treated differently in prison?
Would love to hear from ex-inmates.

No, I don't think they would be treated differently. BUT they would really because they can pray to God to get them out and become a better person.

No, they get treated by how they carry themselves and by how they act towards other people.....No one got any special treatment for being christian or religous when I was there
You know when criminals find god? When the cops find them!!

Not if there are other christians in jail with you. Specially if they are from another christian sect.

i have not been to prison(yet...hehehehhe))it does not really it dosent matter what religion u have cops treat u all the same way unlessa cop favos the religion then he treats u nicely
