yes, is his name Andy by any chance? It's possible. Turn the love to resentment and find someone better. The nice guys who let you down are worse than any of the bad guys. Always remember that.

Yes...it can take a long time, sometimes you think you're over it, and then one of the good memories will come to you like a tidal wave and you'll be a mess...
Isn't it funny how, as time passes, we only remember the good stuff, which is great when someone dies, but if they're alive & kickin and just don't plain wanna see you...IT SUX!!!
But you do get over it...I've been there, your heart can take it. It'll hurt like helll though, and be careful with rebounds...

Yes, I think that you can. It will be very upsetting at first. You would be very sad and you should know that it does take time. The best thing to do is occupy your time with things to do, so you are not thinking of the person. Also you need to cut that person out of your life, because if they are around it will take much longer to get over the and you will just end up angry and bitter towards them. I am speaking from experience.

i believe you can- easily if you get involved with something, be it a Cause, job, Project Charity whatever and really throw your BEST into it you will "Heal" a lot faster - won't forget it entirely but won't be fixated on it all the Time either...and Now you have the Experience & can attempt to avoid that scenario next time. Don't Rush it though Day to Day is sometimes the Best way to live...
if you have one FOOT in the past & one FOOT in the "future" guess what........you are pissing all over TODAY---------

Lady, with a body like yours, you should have been over him the night you threw him out. Too many guys out there trying to spoil women like you and you find the one that hurts you. WOW. I have been alone for too long. Yes you can get over it. If I knew you, I would show you how. But trust in time,,,, there will come a day.

You might. If you try to avoid places (you'll have to move out), try to find different habits of eating, sleeping, laughing, etc. IOW, you will have to change pretty much everything and hurry to fall in love again. Plus, if you happen to think of that person anyway, try to bring as many bad memories of him/her as you can right that moment.

it's sad that you placed your love wrongly.
i would say that i never could forget such beloved ones. yet i cannot hurt myself by loving them any longer either.
so, the best thing for you is, kick them outta your life.
there are 6 billions people in this earth, and you will certainly find a nice one to love.

Eventually the pain will slowly begin to fade, but the memories of that person will remain in your heart forever.
