Boys: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, James, Philip (my dad's name was Philip and was he a knockout-or so said all my sister's girlfriends. Yeah, he was good looking. Like Clark Gable in Gone With the Wind). Taa daah - Dennis (Denny for short) Brian, Kenneth, Jason, Gerard, Jerry, Martin (or Marty) Gil, Robert (or Bobbie), Leonard (or Len for short) Roddney, w/ Rod for short. Wow!! That's a lot.

Girls: Mary, Shelly, (I've got a niece named Autumn and she's adorable), Katelynn, Alena, Connie, Corrine, Jenny or Jennifer, Lisa, Sherry, Christian or Kristin, Shannon, Janice, Jannie, Marie, Marlene, Kirstenn (which is what I would have named a girl; but I had two boys...wow! you ask the tuffies. :>)

You could buy a baby names book or borrow one from the library. Then you could find out what the baby's name means. You never know if you name your child something and the name actually means something bad like "ugly foot"... etc... good luck

How about a name that commemorates what was going on during your baby's conception? I had a friend who named her boy "Thunder" because of a thunderstorm that put her and her husband in a romantic mood on the right night.
