the stone gets wet but there is no such thing as blue water as it's the reflection of the sky in oceans unless we are talking about food colouring where the red will be a bit dyed by blue and have a combination of the two colours.

Depending on the density of the water and the stone the stone would sink. Otherwise you would just have a wet stone floating in front of you.
