This might help:
1) Dress nice, smell good (I recommend Old Spice Red Zone or Tag Body sprays).
2) Approach her, introduce yourself. Ask "I think you are very beautiful and would be someone cool to hang out with. Would you be willing to go out to lunch, dinner, movie, (or event) with me sometime?" Or, invite her to an event or concert.
3) She will probably seemed startled; and if she doesn't say anything or says "maybee," give her a small card with your cell phone number on it. Ask if you can get her cell phone # or e-mail.

no i tell you how...first ask her if she would like to go for lunch or a movie...if she goes then ask her if she would like to go out again ...then on the second date tell her that you really like her and that you would like to get to know her better...((and dont kiss her on the first date ))) be a nice guy if she goes with you the first time buy her a rose .....a yellow rose means friendship the second time buy her a red rose (means love)and tell her what they mean when u give them to her...she will like it...(( I did )) good luck
