It depends on your mood, you could be perfectly content following the guy in front going the speed limit one day and another you are just in a big hurry to get somewhere.
What people don't realize is that going fast in a short stop and go distance is ultimately pointless because you will not reach your destination that much quicker than someone driving the speed limit, and you are being harder on the engine and wasting more fuel as well.

that's a very good point. i guess it comes from human nature. when a person thinks that anyone different from them is inferior and wrong. this is also how racism came about.
