If you aren't really talking to them in conversation, or doing things with them that are fun and/or relaxing. If you feel pressured or if the only thing he is really into or is passionate about is sex, then he really doesn't love you.
When you are loved, you feel it, you know the other person is trying to be nice to you just because. You laugh and have a good time around each other etc.
It is easy to tell for sure.

Nana. You answered my question about the mishap with my boyfriend. You said he is afraid because he loves me. That many does NOT love me or anyone else. I hope that you don't think that if a man treats you bad he is just afraid. If a man really loves you, he will treat you with respect and honesty. He will try to make you happy, not miserable!

what do u feel how does he act like are conversation gears only toward sex lol that might mean he wants some from you

You can tell by the way they look at you and treat you. Go with your inner feelings. Your soul will never steer you wrong. If you feel like all he wants is sex. Then don't give it to him. If he still loves you and don't bother you about sex. You've got your answer.
