My boyfriend has started "working late" every night for the past 2 weeks. He says he is working late as well as the guy he gives a ride too everyday. Well i have talked to the other guy and he said he isn't working late. So does that mean my boyfriend is working late like he said, or is he cheating? He has never lied to me before and he is still the same person. Still treats me and my kids with respect. He really hasn't changed at all. Just the fact that he is working late now.
I have been cheated on before, so is that why i am jumping to thnk that?

Yes that is probably why you would think that very thing. Before jumping to that very accusation, is it possible he is doing work somewhere else in order to get some money on the side for something special for you???
The only other way to find out is to follow him one night in someone elses car or you could tell him your organising a special dinner one night and you will speak to his boss and make sure he can get the night off and dont take no for an answer. Or just flat out tell him you want an honest answer because if he's lying you will find out one way or the other.

It's happened to me before and I would have to say the signs are there. Why would he feel the need to have a built in alibi by saying his rider was working to? You've found out that he has already lied to you. Go with your gut feeling and investigate further.

Just maybe he has an extra job to make more money. But,in reality I know what it sounds like. Don't jump to conclusions.If you must know,sit him down and tell him how you feel and just come out and ask him.Either way you would know and you could do something about it.
