Go for coffee, and go dutch. First date should be simple and neutral, sorta break the ice a little. An hour or so into it, you'd know whether you wanted a second date or not. I wouldn't expect anything else, and I'd give you MY phone number. I'd ask you if you wanted to do it again sometime, and to call me if wanted to make plans. That way, you don't have to worry about getting phone calls you have to screen. LOL.
If I don't hear anything within a week, I would assume you're not interested that much and just be a friend. No strings attached.

Take you to some nice SPA , will go for swimming / steam bath / massage / than shower / than will go to a nice cozy place for Drink/dance / dinner , than leave it to the nature .
