All you have to do is look at it in it’s evolutionary perspective...
Boobs are a secondary sexual characteristic for girls – which means that they are an indicator of fertility. A girl who has not gone through puberty yet (and is not fertile) has no boobs, and an older woman who has gone through menopause (and is no longer fertile) quickly develops saggy boobs. HOWEVER – a fertile girl – in her reproductive years, has full, bouncy breasts.
So the men who were attracted to girls with full bouncy breasts were more likely to mate with girls with full bouncy breasts – who were then more likely to become pregnant, and bear healthy, live, children who would then go on to be attracted to women with full bouncy breasts. Very quickly the entire population would select for men who are attracted to women with bouncy full breasts.
Every girl has a face, and a face is not an indicator of reproductive availability or possibility – not every girl has bouncy full breasts, and breasts ARE an indicator of reproductive possibility – if not availability.

From my prospective, the majority of men look for an equilibrium between the four forces: boobs, face, overall body, and butt. I know a lot of girls with big boobs but horrible bodies and face.

Well, the face is exposed and you can take a real good look and you can take a complete view whereas the BOOBS are hidden, so curiousity kills the cat.

It's got to do with breastfeeding when infant. Ask your momma did she breastfeed you a lot or was it for a month or two?
