I have dark brown eyebrows, but light brown/blond hair. Also, do you know any good salons that do eyebrow dyes in Orange County?

Yep, I have. I have done it myself, and I have had it done in a salon. It's not quite like dying your hair as your eyebrows are a good bit harder to take color. If you are darkening them, as I was, it's much more difficult, and you really must be careful not to leave the color on too long and burn your skin. If you are lightening them, as you seem to want to, there are a few products out there made for that. Just check with a quality beauty supply store in your area. Also the clerk there might give you some pointers. My own eyebrows are quite white/blond, yet I have very red hair. Strange coloring, and I have to say that my own home coloring seems to have come out the best, but then, I did kinda "scrub" the color into the hair, and left it on a bit longer than called for. yes, accidently when I tried to dye my hair light burgundy it came out orange somehow and some of the dye got into my eyebrows and guess what?... yeap you guessed they turned orange too. In orange county hmmm sorry not any off hand that I can recommend that would do an awesome job.

don't do it....it just ugly especially if your eye brows are dark by nature when it grows in you look ready for Halloween
