Both they both hurt the public they are both against the law why does it matter what the reason is. It is destructive. Do we really care why? Does the business owner really care why? Does the family of a dead person really care why? Now why not just not do it. Find something constructive to do or be a demo man for a living and get paid for it. Turn destruction into a consturctive job. Break up some concrete with a jackhammer. Demo houses to be remodeled. There are plenty of jobs.
Same thing with computer viruses if someone is that good make some software and make if free ware. People will love it.

I don't think arson's good for any reason. Why not get a job instead, and make something out of your life? Other people do it, why not you?
