Why can't the Israelites be beaten by its neighboring Muslim Countries?

If Iran manages to get nuclear weapon rolling, or if North Korea manages to sell Nuclear weapons to some Psychotic Arab Islamic group, more than likely ISrael will be vaporised. Keep in mind Israel is a very small country. A Nuclear weapon going off there would wipe it out boarder to boarder.

There wouldn't be many people left to retaliate against the Arabs and even if there were, they probably wouldn't immediately know who to attack.

in 1948 when Israel was founded the survivors of the holocaust and any other Jew who was brave enough to leave the known life he was leading for the dubious promise of a patch of desert surrounded by enemies were given Israel and left to their own devices. 18 months later they were attacked by those Arab neighbors that were quite happy to surrender the land in the first place. they were out manned and out gunned but by sheer force of will they prevailed and thereby established the strength of the Israeli state.
people often suggest that the us is responsible for Israel succeeding but that is simple and wrong. the us government really did not, for the longest time,care one way or the other what happened to Israel. even if individuals in the states did.

A number of reasons.

1) They simply have better trained and motivated armed forces.
2) They have been constantly under attack for nearly 60 years and have never suffered defeat.
3) They are fighting for their survival. Israel is a small country and therefore every fighting soldier knows that the front line is never more than a few hundred miles away from their family and friends.

It is true that the U.S sells them the very latest weaponry but thats the same for the other side as well.

First, I would like to clarify the difference between "Israelite" and "Israeli". "Israelites" are form the Bible/Torah/Quran etc. Israelis are the European Jewish immigrants there now. As for your question of attacks, I don't think that the surrounding Arab countries want to attack Israel right now. Israel has nuclear wepaons, they do not. Israel has US backing, they do not. Neighboring Arab countries not Muslim countries.
Muslim country has a specific definition to which hardly any Arab country shall qualify. They have all submitted themselves to the might of USA and are not following the basics of Islam.
