Since you have the dizziness, you need to press the area between the cheek bone and the nasal structure; it will be like a valley. If there is fullness pressure or a slight pain and even teeth pain in that area, it is 95% sure to be allergies induced. The mucus membrane gets a build-up from the spores, smoke, fumes, or anything that will irritate the area. That build-up causes extra pressure. Since the eyes, nose, ears, and throat are connected, the area of least resistance is the ear area. The pressure on the inner ear causes the dizziness.

Absolutely! Fluid builds up in the ears and you have problems with dizziness. I suggest that you take a daily antihistamine like Claritin (or Alavert), especially if you have no fever. If that doesn't get rid of the problem in 3 to 5 days, then go see a physician.

Yes. Chronic sinus infections can cause dizziness, as can fluid in your ears or even inner ear infections. I was having dizziness so bad that I had trouble standing up. It was an inner ear problem due to allergies. Of course, you should consult with your physician to rule out any other health problems ...i.e. blood pressure problems or any other problems you might be having.

Dizziness is also the side effect of many allergy medications in case you have been taking any. Its best that you talk to your doctor about it.
