some of these "christians" just do not seem to be able to understand the simplest ideas. and think that it is "cute" to display total ignorance of what they are talking about. If you are going to dis something it might help if you had a slight clue about what it is you are ragging on. Otherwise you just make yourselves look silly.

In the beginning there was the Word, and the Word was God.........He is the one who created science. Many scientists try to use science to explain God out of life. Christians never want God explained out of life. It our basic reason for our existence. The problem is not with science itself. It is with the people who spend valuable time trying to prove that there is no God. That is a waste of time. There will always be someone who believes. I think your question is a good one. This is a subject that my husband and I discuss often. We even love to watch programming that challenges the mind. However, it doesn't change our beliefs in God. We think that there are very intelligent scientists out there that can explain why they think the sky is blue. It is fascinating. However, we are not convinced that it spontaneously got to be that way. It is our choice to believe. That is the amazing thing about life itself. Free will.

Ignorance. People like to ignore anything that contradicts what they want to believe. It reminds me of a quote I've heard, "Science is using evidence to draw a conclusion, religion is choosing a conclusion and making up evidence to support it."

Could it be that you really don't know any?
And usually they are referred to as laws, theories or principles. Concept is usually an abstract idea that may or may not be based on any factual evidence.
