Being that this is your aunt... and they have all those 'typical' wedding gifts... I'd say to go with something that has meaning to her and would be sentimental. Trust me.. she's not going to want some 'thing'.. I'm sure she has all the 'things' she needs and is going to get plenty more 'things'.

Why not do something that shows that you put more time and effort into it... write a book of poetry on love if you're poetic... or put together a few songs for her if you're musically inclined.. that sort of thing. Being that it's your aunt (and she's older than you by a few years no doubt...) she probably doesn't want you to spend a lot of money on her or give her some 'thing'. I'm sure a gift of sentiment would mean a lot more to her than an object you purchase... but if you go this way try and make sure that you really put time and/or effort into it and it shows..

It's great to get stuff... but I think it's that sort of 'priceless' thing to get something more personal and meaningful from a family member... especially when she probably has known you since you were a baby and heard about your first step and such. Maybe put together a really nice photo album with you and her and family... something that she can look at the day of her wedding or years from now and remember that you took time for her and care about her.

Well, what do you get the transgender who has everything? Perhaps the DVD for the Rocky Horror Picture Show?

Depends on the amount you want to spend - I think for this occasion you really don't have to spend a lot. Gift cards would be good, for a spa or bookstore, for example.
