I went on a trip this past week and didn't get to sleep til about 1 am every night (in the same time zone) My body can't get back on my normal sleep schedule.......any advice?

you have to make yourself get back on the habit of a earlier bedtime. It will be tough the first few days, but it will be worth it. If you have any problems try tylenol pm the first night. It helped me finally doze off. Good luck

don't allow it to drag on. Take something to help you fall asleep at your regular time but don't take it for more than 3-4 days. Advil PM or something similar will usually work.

Honey, that isn't insomnia, try not being able to sleep ALL night. That is insomnia, you don't have insomnia.

take a pill or two of MELATONIN about an hour before you want to be asleep every night.
works great and gives me some funny-*** dreams.
took it every night of my vacation.

1 hour before bedtime avoid computer monitors, caffeine,television,and fluorescent lights.All have been shown to disrupt sleep patterns.

just make your self a cup of lettuce tea it helps because i've used it try it and it works so try it and sleep
