natural disasters, war, there is no hope? Jesus said we can have hope in God, and that he is coming again to bring hope and healing. Because of God, its not all doom and gloom. We can have hope.

Nope I don't believe the world is without hope. There have always been natural disasters and war, there always will be. People hear about them more then they used to, communication is much better then it used to be. I don't need to believe in God to not think the world is all doom and gloom. There are plenty of good things in the world.

It's hard not to lose hope... look up global warming and then consider how little anyone is doing to stop it. There are some serious problems looming on the horizon that are just going to get worse if nothing is done.
