I recently went from 141 to 115 and I figured after all that wieght loss I could treat myself with some broccoli and fries for dinner and soy icecream for dessert, but I went out of control whent eating that soy icecream and consumed quite a bit. I'm wondering what kind of exercise I can do to prevent gaining weight back from my binge?
In a day I consume anywhere from 175 to 350 calories. I seemed to have, all together today, consumed around 900 calories. How much weight would that add to me if I didn't exercise?

You need to go see a doctor ASAP. 175-350 cal per day is starvation level. No healthy diet should go below even 1000 calories per day. I have little doubt that you have an eating disorder, and this is very dangerous and potentially fatal. At these levels of malnourishment, you can trigger irregular heart rhythms that could kill you. In addition, you are hurting yourself mentally as well. Please, reach out to someone quickly before its too late.

If you were eating 900 calories a day, you would be losing weight. In fact, it is not a healthy diet as you would not be eating enough to meet your bodies daily weight.

You would be consuming much more than 175 to 350 calories a day. Without exercise, your body needs between 1200 and 1500 calories a day to cope with. I am on an organised diet with 1200 calories a day.

To answer your concerns, the occasional indulgence is OK but don't do it every day.

Considering that a person should not eat less than 1200-1500 calories a day, don't worry about it. What you should worry about is that you are borderline anorexic.

You are anorexic. I know this to be absolutely true if what you stated above is fact. You need to see a therapist IMMEDIATELY. I am anorexic and YOU DO NOT want to go down this path. The therapist can help you and teach you ways to keep from binging AND purging. GO NOW.
